Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
We ship to all of the Valencian Community.
• Valencia city and metropolitan area: Delivery in 24-48 hours
• Rest of the Valencian Community: Delivery in 48-72 hours
All orders confirmed before 5:00 PM are processed the same business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on:
• Delivery destination
• Weight and volume of the order
• Total amount due (excluding VAT)
Free shipping for orders over €199 (excluding VAT) in the Valencian Community:
For large orders, orders with special weight requirements, or further destinations, please contact us for a personalized quote.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:
• Tracking number
• Link to the shipping company's website
• Estimated delivery date
You can check the status of your order at any time from "My Account" > "My Orders".
Delivery Issues
It is important that you inspect your package upon receipt:
•If the packaging is visibly damaged, inform the carrier before signing where possible. If damage is only noticed after signing, you may still report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
•If the contents do not match your order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
If you are not home for the first delivery, the shipping company will leave a notification to reschedule.
