Delivery Times

We ship to all of the Valencian Community and mainland Spain.

• Valencia city and metropolitan area: Delivery in 24-48 hours

• Rest of the Valencian Community: Delivery in 48-72 hours

All orders confirmed before 5:00 PM are processed the same business day.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on:

• Delivery destination

• Weight and volume of the order

• Total amount due (excluding VAT)

Free shipping for orders over €199 (excluding VAT) in the Valencian Community:

For large orders, orders with special weight requirements, or international destinations, please contact us for a personalized quote.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with:

• Tracking number

• Link to the shipping company's website

• Estimated delivery date

You can check the status of your order at any time from "My Account" > "My Orders".

It is important that you inspect your package upon receipt:

• If the packaging is damaged, inform the carrier before signing.

• If the contents do not match your order, contact us within 24 hours.

• For claims regarding internal damage, you have 7 calendar days from receipt.

If you are not home for the first delivery, the shipping company will leave a notification to reschedule.
