General Terms and Conditions
Purpose and Acceptance
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of technological products between NODO//Tecnología Valencia (hereinafter, "NODO") and its customers (hereinafter, "Customer").
1.2 By placing an order, the Customer expressly accepts all of these terms, having had the opportunity to read them beforehand.
1.3 These terms prevail over any general purchase conditions of the Customer that have not been expressly accepted in writing by NODO.
Placing Orders
2.1 Orders can be placed through: • Our online store: www.nodo-tecnologia-valencia.com
2.2 Order confirmation by NODO is required for the order to be considered valid. All orders are subject to stock availability.
2.3 Prices and technical specifications shown on the website are subject to change without notice.
Prices and Billing
3.1 All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT. Applicable taxes will be detailed on the corresponding invoice.
3.2 The price does not include additional services such as installation, training, or advanced technical support, unless expressly specified.
3.3 Offers and quotes are valid for a maximum of 24 hours and may vary in case of typographical errors or changes in the supplier's terms and conditions.
3.4 In case of an error in the displayed price, NODO will contact the Customer to confirm the correct price before processing the order.
Prices and Billing
4.1 We accept the following payment methods: • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) • Bank transfer • Other methods that may be expressly agreed upon
4.2 NODO reserves the right to refuse transactions that raise doubts about their validity or legality.
4.3 Overdue and unpaid amounts will accrue late payment interest of 2% per month from the due date.
4.4 The Client agrees to receive their invoices electronically through "My Account" > "Documents" > "Invoices".
Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipments will be made to the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase.
5.2 For an order to be processed the same day, it must be confirmed and paid for before 5:00 PM.
5.3 Delivery times are estimates: 24-48 hours for Valencia, 48-72 hours for the Valencian Community, and 3-5 days for mainland Spain.
5.4 Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and the taxable amount of the order. Free shipping is available for orders of €199 or more (taxable amount) in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
5.5 NODO reserves the right to choose the most suitable shipping company for each shipment.
Receipt and Claims
6.1 It is the Customer's responsibility to verify upon receipt that the delivery matches the order placed and is in good condition.
6.2 Claims for damage to the external packaging must be noted on the carrier's delivery note at the time of delivery.
6.3 For internal damage not visible on the packaging, the Customer has 7 calendar days from receipt to file a claim, in accordance with Law 15/2009.
6.4 Once the goods have been shipped, cancellations or postponements of delivery will not be accepted.
Transfer of Ownership and Risk
7.1 The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the Customer upon delivery to the address indicated.
7.2 When the Customer arranges for transport, possession and risk are considered transferred upon shipment.
Guarantees and Liability
8.1 NODO offers a 2-year warranty for new products (1 year for used products), in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.
8.2 The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized handling, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
8.3 Warranty claims will be processed through "My Account" > "Support." The Customer must obtain an RMA number before sending any product.
8.4 NODO will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or losses arising from the use of the products.
Intellectual Property
9.1 All trademarks, logos, images, and content on this website are the property of NODO or their respective owners. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express authorization.
9.2 The Customer may not modify, conceal, or remove the trademarks or trade names of the purchased products.
Data Protection
10.1 NODO processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with current data protection legislation. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By registering, the Customer consents to the processing of their data for order management, invoicing, and marketing communications (with the option to unsubscribe at any time).
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
11.2 For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Valencia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
